Q: After meeting with a consultant, do I need to proceed straight away with the loan or can I think about it for a while?
A: You are under no obligation to proceed with the loan at all. If you are interested and would like to think about it, we have no problems with that at all. You can think about it until you arrive at your decision.
Q: Is there any financial outlay I should be aware of?
A: No. You do not pay the consultant any fees for her or his service. If you decide to proceed with a loan through our consultant, you will pay the normal institution lending fees and charges.
Q: I have a current home loan, but I am interested to know what else is available?
