Our Seniors loan is a reverse mortgage, giving seniors the opportunity to enjoy life by using the equity in their home. Seniors can borrow money without having to make any repayments at all during their lifetime

You can receive a lump sum, a series of regular payments or a combination of both, with the opportunity to apply for additional 'top-ups'.
The loan is secured on your home or investment property. You can borrow on as much equity as you have in your home.
The value of the equity depends on your age and the value of your home, but basically the older you are, the more you can borrow.
You are not required to make any repayments on the loan, as long as you stay in the secured home. Should you decide to sell or move to aged care, a decision will be made on your loan prior to selling.
You will retain full ownership of your home and the benefits of any increase in value of your home.
